Guruji Yogacharya Dr Vishwas Mandlik is the founder of a non profit organization, Yogapoint (Yoga Vidya Gurukul) India since 1978. Yogapoint Singapore is the first branch outside India. In 2018, Narendra Modi, the Prime Minister of India awarded him ‘Outstanding Contribution for Promotion and Development for Yoga’.

He is the head of two Yoga Therapy Centre in Nasik and author of more than 18 books, 50 cds and numerous resources online. He has been the editor of the monthly Yoga magazine ‘Yoga Sugandha’ for the last 25 years.

His work has been a catalyst and a source of inspiration to thousands of yoga seekers, volunteers and teachers all over world. Often, referrals come to the school, no matter what Yoga lineage they come from. He is now the advisor to Yoga Vidya Gurukul (Yogapoint India) and mentor to Yogapoint Singapore.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is often used to facilitate going into deeper states of relaxation. By allowing the mind to be guided, the individual can focus on bringing awareness to different aspects of the physical and mental.

The Yoga Nidra approach can be customized to each individual's needs, whether it is for faster recovery from illness, relieving pain, clearing thoughts, or entering deep states of meditation.
