Yin Yang yoga is a fusion between New Yin Yoga and Old Traditional Yoga. It is a balance between energetic Yang energy and relaxed Yin energy. Regular practice helps in the proper functioning of the body/mind, stimulating the pranic channels and internal organs affecting the different layers of the body.
This course is a continuation of the Yoga Trigger Point Course which is a prerequisite before taking up this course. Yin Yang touches on all the different yoga poses affecting the organs including the Sun Salutation of the 12 meridians. We also discuss and share the lesson plan and sequencing.
We conduct Yin Yang Yoga class regularly and also apply it in personal Yoga Wellness Session.

John's Yin Yang Yoga is very different from others. There isn't any Yang flow ( sun salutations etc). We did all the static poses as in a yin class, certain poses release yin energy, certain poses release Yang energy. I hope I sum this up correctly. Feel very relaxed after class. John adjusted our postures one by one. Thank you!

John Peh is the lead educator for our Teachers Training Course. His personal yoga practice is influenced mainly by Traditional Yoga and Yin Yoga.
Besides conducting yoga lessons he provides coaching for common ailments using Yoga Wellness (called Yoga Therapy in India) and a combination of stretching & trigger point techniques. The latter is derived from the Indian (Ayurveda), Chinese (Meridian), Thai (Therapeutic Massage) and Japanese (Reiki) tradition.
