The aim of this course is to provide an appreciation to a time tested science on healthy living with ourselves and with others. It suggest a lifestyle change that will improve physical and mental health. It also recommends suitable diets for different body types and how to relieve pain from imbalance of energy.

The course is conducted by Dr Mukund Sabnis, is the President and Head Physician of Jeevanrekha Ayurved Chitkitsalaya & Research Center. Their mission is to ‘Explore Ayurved, the ancient Indian medical science, scientifically for the health and well-being of humanity globally’ They are pioneers in weight management for the past decades and are well versed in metabolic disorders.

Dr. Mukund Sabnis

Dr Mukund Sabnis, is the President and Head Physician of Jeevanrekha Ayurved Chitkitsalaya & Research Center and has treated over 45,000 patients of obesity. Their mission is to ‘Explore Ayurved, the ancient Indian medical science, scientifically for the health and well-being of humanity globally’ They are pioneers in weight management for the past decades and are well versed in metabolic disorders 

Teacher John Peh

John Peh is the lead educator for our Teachers Training Course. His personal yoga practice is influenced mainly by Traditional Yoga and Yin Yoga. 

Besides conducting yoga lessons he provides coaching for common ailments using Yoga Wellness (called Yoga Therapy in India) and a combination of stretching & trigger point techniques. The latter is derived from the Indian (Ayurveda), Chinese (Meridian), Thai (Therapeutic Massage) and Japanese (Reiki) tradition.
