Yoga Trigger Point Course - Part One
by John Peh

Yoga Trigger Point is a revival of an ancient technique whereby the Indian, Chinese, Thai and Japanese have been practicing to relieve pain and improve overall health of the body.

This Yoga Trigger Point series cover the neck, back and knee pain which are a common occurrence in modern days. The concept of trigger points running along channels of energy from the different regions are consolidated in this course to bring about greater awareness and understanding on how to apply it.

We conduct regular practice classes like Yoga & Neck/Back Pain with Trigger point and also Yoga Wellness Session for members.
